Lateral Security staff are assigned to a client based on a service level agreement, anything from a monthly standby service to a fully managed 24/7 operation. Lateral Security can also work with your chosen service provider/s to integrate this service for tracking and trouble ticket management.

These services are made available exclusively to clients who have signed an Incident Response agreement with Lateral Security. New or existing clients should contact one of our Services Account Managers to discuss your specific requirements in more detail so that we can customise a solution to meet your organisation’s needs.

Service option examples

  • Adhoc – no SLA (no guarantee of time or resources)
  • Bronze – 16 hour SLA (guaranteed onsite resources) = low monthly fee, low hourly rate + travel charges
  • Silver – 8 hour SLA (as above with a dedicated single point of contact assigned) = moderate monthly fee, low hourly rate + travel charges
  • Gold – 2 hour SLA 24/7 (as above with a Lateral Security Company Director involved) = higher monthly fee, low hourly rate + travel charges
